Risk, disaster, and danger in one’s surroundings are inescapable, whether they are natural or man-made. Children are undoubtedly most vulnerable to such conditions. Preparedness is the key to survival in a world of infinite change.

This was a school project. A stimulative company, XYZ, tried to solve problems and designed a product which is never existed. We did a completed business plan follow the 4Ds model (discover, define, design and deliver).

OBVERVATION

Earthquakes occur everyday in various places around the world. Children are undoubtedly most vulnerable to such condition. An estimated 500,000 earthquakes arise everyday at various locations. Most of the damage associated with earthquakes involves human-built structures and people getting trapped buildings. How an area handles earthquakes depends on it's residents, government and regulations, as well as it's infrastructure. With population increasing and cities becoming more crowded, the morality rates from natural disasters are only growing. 8 out of the 10 most populous cities in the world are located on fault-lines. An estimated 2.6 to 3.1 people are estimated to die in quakes in the coming century.
